Go sweat in the SRC: Best place to sweat

From staff reports

Washington State students have voted, and the best place to sweat in Pullman is none other than the Student Recreation Center (SRC).

The SRC has a wide variety of activities that students, or non-students with membership, can participate in. The facility has a weightlifting room, a climbing wall, a pool, a jogging track and three fitness rooms.

“I’m glad students nominated (SRC) as one of the best places. We are primarily funded by them here so we want to be resourceful to them,” said Jeff Elbracht, director of facilities and finance at SRC. “We have a variety of options for pretty much any user.”

Elbracht said SRC is looking to expand its services next fall to Stephenson Hall by opening up a small weight room along with two multipurpose rooms that will be accessible to all students.
