Police have located a woman and her 10-month-old daughter reported missing Wednesday, Oct. 3.

The woman, Marjorie Bognar, left with her daughter, Evangeline, to pick up her son from a bus stop, but then left for Spokane.

Pullman Police Detective Scott Kirk said Marjorie was located in Spokane, where she has family. He said Evangeline’s father drove up today to retrieve his daughter and is on his way back to Pullman.

Kirk said he received conflicting reports from Marjorie’s family as to when she arrived in Spokane.

Kirk said he plans to meet with Evangeline’s father when he returns to Pullman.

“For my own peace of mind, I’d like to make sure the 10-month-old is alright,” Kirk said.

According to the Pullman Police Department, Marjorie and Evangeline had last been seen around 3:11 p.m. Wednesday at their residence in the 200 block of NW Clay Court.

Marjorie’s elementary school-aged son arrived home by himself, and Marjorie and Evangeline did not return when they were expected.

Marjorie does not have a vehicle or a cell phone and did not take any money or her house keys with her.

According to the Pullman PD, she has suffered from depression in the past.

Kirk said police found no evidence of foul play.
