There will be a back-to-school, de-stress, guided yoga class at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 30 in the cedar grove at Idler’s Rest Nature Preserve. Meggie Cafferty from Kula: Yoga and Tea, a yoga practice in Moscow, will be leading the hour-long class, according to their Facebook page. The class is for all levels and focuses on meditation, peace and relieving the stress of a new school year. Participants are asked to bring their own mats or towels, as well as a $5 – $15 suggested donation, with the proceeds benefiting the Palouse Land Trust and Kula: Yoga and Tea, according to their page.
