Police arrested two men suspected in the armed robbery of Stinker Station on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, in Moscow, Idaho.

Moscow Police Chief David Duke said his department received a phone call Tuesday night from acquaintances of the suspects who had seen security camera images of the robbery.

The callers identified the suspects as Bailey Westgate, 18, and Nickolaus Parker, 17, both of Moscow.

“They felt assured they knew who the two individuals were,” Duke said.

Detectives from Moscow PD confirmed the identities of both suspects.

Parker was taken into custody around 11 a.m. Wednesday after a juvenile hearing at the Latah County Courthouse.

Westgate was arrested around 9 p.m. Wednesday after detectives located his vehicle in a driveway in Spokane.

Renae Converse, deputy clerk of the Latah County District Court, said another hearing for Parker will take place Oct. 16 at the Latah County Courthouse.
