The WSU Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art is collaborating with the Student Entertainment Board to host one of many Indie Folk: Sounds from the Northwest concerts today from 4-5 p.m.
The concert will offer a free performance by Bigger Boat in the Pavilion Gallery, according to WSU Events. Bigger Boat is an a cappella group from Moscow that performs sea shanties and maritime songs.
Performances this month are an extension of the Indie Folk: New Art and Sounds from the Pacific Northwest exhibition, which features a playlist by Eric Isaacson from Mississippi Records. Another Indie Folk concert will be held from 4-7 p.m. on April 29 and will feature Dragging an Ox Through Water, Whiting Tennis and Raza NorthWest, according to the event website.
All concerts are free and open to the public.
