Principal: Norman Lewis, principal investigator on the grants

Supervisor: John Browse, Lewis’ supervisor

Employee A: Diana Bedgar, improperly assigned to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration grant

Employee B: Terri Lincoln, improperly assigned to a Department of Energy grant
