I sat on the Student and Activities (S&A) committee in 2011.  This group distributes the $500 and change in S&A fees, which students pay each year, throughout campus.  One of the requests was a one-time distribution to The Daily Evergreen to upgrade their servers.  One of the reasons for the upgrade was to preserve the archives of Evergreen articles.  However, The Daily Evergreen website no longer has these archived articles. 

Is this bit of history lost?  Are there plans to make these old articles viewable again?  Don’t prevent students from peering into the history of the University.  More importantly, let’s not let the reason these monies were distributed go unfulfilled.
