Welcome back from break Cougs! I hope everyone had a great time off from school and was able to regroup from classes and extracurriculars.
But, I know a lot of you are still getting in the swing of things and out of that spring break relaxation and there are a few events you can attend throughout the community to get yourself back in the swing of things.

Music Festival
What: Young Artists Music Festival featuring Washington Idaho Symphony winners from the Young Artists Competition

Foley Event
What: Kenton Bird and John Pierce will discuss their book, “The Man in the Middle,” about Thomas Foley’s work compared to today’s politics
When: Noon March 27
Where: Bryan Hall Room 308
Battle of the Bands
What: A ‘musical showdown’ between multiple local bands, open to all ages
When: 5 p.m. March 27
Where: The Emporium in Pullman
Crimson Reads Exhibit
What: Annual celebration of authors at WSU
When: March 18–April 1
Where: Holland and Terrell Library Atrium
Knit and Crochet Class
What: Beginners knitting and crochet classes
When: First and third Saturdays of the month until April 20
Where: Yard Underground in Moscow
Cost: $79 for four knitting classes; $69 for four crochet classes; materials included
Movement in the Park
What: Accessible movement classes for all ages
When: 11 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday through May 17
Where: 1912 Center in Moscow
