PLAYLive nation to host game nights

PLAYlive Nation in Moscow is hosting two nighttime events in October for people who enjoy video games, board games and card games.

Late Night Bash is for people 18 years or older. A second event, the All-Nighter, is for children from 10 to 17 years old.

Late Night Bash is meant for college students and their consistent customers, co-owner and manager Brandon Doctor said.

During Late Night Bash, staff members will be challenging customers to play a game with them. If the customer wins the challenge, they may receive a prize, such as controller skins or extra game time on their account, Doctor said.

Their store has 28 Xbox systems and 70 game titles on each library account. Their video games include ‘Call of Duty,’ Lego games, and ‘NBA 2K18,’ Doctor said.

The store will also have some board games and card games, like Magic: The Gathering for customers to play, Doctor said.

Those interested in the event can buy pre-admission tickets over the phone or in the store. Tickets the day of the event must be purchased before 10 p.m. After this, they will not allow people in, Doctor said.

Late Night Bash runs from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday. Admission is $25 before Saturday, and $30 at the door.

The All-Nighter will run from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. on Oct. 28. Parents should leave their number and can visit their child any time throughout the night. Admission is $30 before Oct. 28, and $40 at the door. Food will be provided at both events.
