Jackie Carle is an incoming freshman libero and setter from Portland, Oregon, who will join the WSU volleyball team in fall of 2026. 

Carle played at Jesuit High School in Portland, Oregon, in addition to being a member of the NPJ 18 Forefront club. She was named captain of the Jesuit Crusaders as a senior and led her team to an Oregon State 6A Championship. She was first-team All-League in high school. 

“I am ecstatic to announce my verbal commitment to play volleyball and further my academic career at Washington State University,” wrote Carle in an instagram post. 

She thanked her former coaches and expressed excitement to play volleyball on the Palouse. 

“A special thank you to Coach Adam, Coach Mike, Coach Lily, all my teammates, & everyone else who helped me along the way,” wrote Carle. “I’m extremely grateful to Coach Korey, Coach Kristin, Coach Cassie, & Coach Jason for giving me this amazing opportunity.”
