Jack Proctor is a redshirt junior defensive end for the WSU football team from Point Roberts, Washington.
After attending Vancouver Prep High School, Proctor walked on at WSU in 2022. He spent the year as a redshirt, not appearing in a game.
In 2023, Proctor made his WSU debut against the University of Northern Colorado. He played in one game and won Scout Team Player of the Week Honors for the WSU win over the University of Colorado.
Last year, Proctor again appeared in one game, coming in late against Portland State University. He again was named Scout Team Player of the Week after the Cougars’ win over San Diego State University.
