Owners will Feast on Rothlisberger

Start: Tre Mason, RB, St. Louis Rams

The rookie out of Auburn proved he is ready for the NFL in week seven against the Seahawks. While it is not completely guaranteed that Mason will be the starter, he took the majority of the carries in the game against the Seahawks. Last week, he racked up 14.50 fantasy points on 85 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown according to the fantasy section of nfl.com. Week eight has more of the same for Tre as he goes against the Kansas City Chiefs. He is projected to get 12.80 fantasy points this week and is only owned in 1.5% of leagues. He is available on most waiver wires as a solid addition to any team. His value this week sits at a low RB1 to high RB2.

Ben Rothlisberger, QB, Pittsburgh Steelers

While Big Ben is not in the prime of his career anymore, he is still producing solid points at the quarterback position.

Ben is coming off a week where he made 16.90 fantasy points by throwing for 265 yards and gaining one touchdown according to the fantasy section of nfl.com.

That was against the Houston Texans who have been strong this season.

Ben is projected to get 18.46 fantasy points this week against the Indianapolis Colts. He is owned in 85% of leagues according to nfl.com.

He could start this week as a spot start if needed in many leagues.

Sit: Emmanuel Sanders, WR, Broncos

While Emmanuel has been one of the biggest surprises in fantasy this year, week eight may constitute a benching on fantasy teams for the breakout receiver.

He is coming off a hot week against the San Francisco 49ers where he scored 10.10 fantasy points on 41 receiving yards and a receiving touchdown according to the fantasy section of nfl.com.

However, the Denver Broncos are going against the San Diego Chargers who have been red hot in recent weeks.

Emmanuel will not repeat his fantasy success in week eight as his is only projected to score 6.20 fantasy points according to the fantasy section of nfl.com.

His value sits at a mid WR2 or a flex option.

Mohamed Sanu, WR, Bengals

Sanu has been a popular pick-up in many fantasy leagues and for good reason.

He has been extremely productive in many leagues as a waiver wire gem. This week will be one to bench him though.

He is coming off his weakest fantasy week as he only scored 5.40 fantasy points on 54 receiving yards against the Indianapolis Colts according to the fantasy section of nfl.com.

Next week he is only projected to get 4.20 points against the Baltimore Ravens who have been pretty solid this season.

Sanu’s value this week is at low WR2 to mid flex option.
