From staff reports

WSU wide receiver Gabe Marks is on probation for 18 months after pleading guilty to charges of trespassing and frequenting a tavern as a minor.

The 19-year-old junior was arrested in February after he allegedly punched the assistant manager of a College Hill bar. A charge of misdemeanor assault was dropped Thursday in Whitman County District Court, as was a charge of being a minor intoxicated in public.
