About nine vehicles with slashed tires were reported to the Pullman and WSU police departments Saturday night near the Coffee House Apartments at 1000 SE Latah St.

Many of the vehicles were located between the apartments and Spokane Street on the WSU campus.

One witness saw a group of people near the apartment parking lot. Another described a suspect as a 6-foot-tall white male in his mid-to-late 20s with facial stubble and black gym shorts.
