Corporate Pointe Developers facilitated the beginnings of a project located across the parking lot from Safeway in Pullman that will include a full-service Starbucks, a tunnel car wash and a hotel.

“[We have] four parcels of land that we are short-platting — that is when you divide lots up,” said Duane Brelsford, CEO and president of Corporate Pointe Developers, a company which manages several real estate lots in Pullman. “It will accommodate four different businesses.”

Of the four lots, Corporate Pointe Developers has greenlit three projects.

The new Starbucks will not have the same challenges as the one on Stadium Way, he said. It will have better access for a drive-thru and a much bigger seating area.

Corporate Pointe Developers will not be managing the project in the future as they have sold the land to another company, Brelsford said.

“We’re just very excited to finally get a car wash in the city of Pullman,” he said. “That has been one of our goals in the last 10 years.”

The hotel lot is also being marketed to a different company, Brelsford said. The last lot is currently empty.
