About $260, a lamp missing from Lamont Drive residence

From staff reports

Police responded to a burglary Sunday at the home of a 69-year-old woman.

The incident took place shortly after 9 a.m. on the 2200 block of Northwest Lamont Drive.

Pullman Police Cmdr. Chris Tennant said the woman’s 39-year-old daughter arrived at the house asking for a lamp and was given permission to retrieve it from a storage space.

After her daughter left the space, the woman reported that two sets of silverware, valued at approximately $200 and $60, were missing along with the lamp, Tennant said.

The daughter has not spoken to police about the alleged burglary.

Police are investigating the incident and have made no arrests.
