Charges of assault in the fourth degree with sexual motivation have been filed against an Atom Heart Music employee.

The possible victim reported the employee, Victor Hudak, touched her inappropriately several times, according to a Pullman Police Department (PPD) press release. She also reported other inappropriate gestures made by Hudak.

Chris Tennant, Police Operations Commander, said the victim is a minor in high school. He said the victim is under the age of sixteen.

The victim reported the allegations on Feb. 7. The incident occurred a few days prior, according to the press release.

Tennant said the charge of sexual motivation implies Hudak’s actions where motivated sexually.

He said the assault charge is not a felony, so by definition, it is unlikely Hudak will serve more than a year in prison if convicted.

A hearing will occur on April 11, according to the press release. “Hudak is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law,” the press release wrote.
