Another patient tested positive for COVID-19, 10 others have recovered
Three patients self-isolating; fraudulent activity should be reported

Another case of COVID-19 was confirmed in Whitman County on Tuesday, bringing the total number of patients who have tested positive to 13, according to a press release from Whitman County Emergency Operations Center.
The most recent patient is a woman over the age of 80, according to the press release.
According to a press release on Wednesday morning, 10 of the 13 patients have recovered. The other three patients are self-isolating at home.
There have been at least 459 negative test results in Whitman County as of Wednesday, according to the Whitman County Health Department website.
Fraudulent activities relating to COVID-19 have recently increased, according to the press release. If people become aware of fake testing sites, fake test kits, vaccines or fake treatments being sold, they should contact the Washington State Fusion Center at [email protected].
