Positive COVID-19 case brings Whitman County total to 27

Patient is stable, self-isolating at home; 1,332 people have tested negative

Another person has tested positive for COVID-19 in Whitman County, which brings the total to 27 confirmed cases. 

The patient is female 0-19-years old, according to a news release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. She is stable and self-isolating at home. 

There have been 1,332 people who tested negative in the county as of 10:47 a.m., according to the Whitman County Public Health website

Residents should maintain social distancing, according to the release.
