COVID-19 case count surpasses 30

20 recovered, 11 isolating at home

Two new patients were diagnosed with COVID-19, which brings Whitman County’s total positive cases to 31. 

A male aged 40-59 tested positive, according to today’s press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. 

A female aged 40-59 also tested positive Wednesday, according to a press release from the Whitman County EOC. 

The first 20 individuals who tested positive have all recovered from the virus, according to the press release. The most recent 11 are all isolating at home. 

At least 1,587 individuals have tested negative for COVID-19, according to the Whitman County Health Department website. There have been zero deaths in Whitman County.
