County reaches 43 confirmed COVID-19 cases

Two individuals tested positive; both stable, isolating at home

Whitman County’s COVID-19 case count rose to 43 on July 3 after two new individuals tested positive for the virus.

One patient is a male aged 20-39 years and the other is a male aged 40-59 years, according to a press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. Both individuals are stable and self-isolating.

At least 1,789 people have tested negative for COVID-19, according to the Whitman County Health Department website
