Einstein Bros. Bagels opens

From staff reports

Einstein Bros Bagels is open for business, but construction around Global Scholars Hall remains in progress. Nevertheless, students will not be kept away from the shop for lingering equipment and construction crews.

Complementing the new residence and dining halls on the north side of campus, Einstein Bros Bagels – which opened on Sept. 9 – provides students with access to a quick bite to eat.

The shop accepts Residence Dining Account (RDA), Cougar Cash and debit and credit cards. Having all of these forms of payment available allows students living on and off campus the options to partake in on-campus dining, without necessarily having a campus meal plan.

Jacqui LaCroix, the store’s assistant manager, said that although she is unsure of how much more work is in order before the crews are finished, she believes they should be finished fairly soon.

Einstein Bros Bagels’ is open until 1 a.m., seven days a week, and opens at 7:30 a.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
