The Pullman Fire Department will be holding training exercises on the WSU campus at Heald Hall from March 31 through April 3.
Some smoke may be noticed during this time. The post asks residents and students not to panic, as the smoke is part of a controlled exercise meant to simulate real fire conditions. There will also be posted signage around the building, according to the Pullman Firefighters Facebook page
Students should expect there to be a large presence of firefighters on campus during the mornings and afternoons.Â
The department asks people to give the firefighters plenty of room while conducting these trainings.Â
