Whitman County confirms 31 new COVID-19 cases

Three people still in the hospital; 1,458 total cases in the county

Thirty-one individuals tested positive for COVID-19, which brings Whitman County’s total to 1,458 cases.

Of the new patients, four males and eight females are aged 0-19 years, according to a press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. Three females and 15 males were aged 20-39 years. One male aged 60-79 tested positive.

Three people are in the hospital. All other patients are stable and self-isolating. There has been a total of one death in the county. 

Residents are reminded to wear masks and practice social distancing.
