Neill Public Library’s Summer Reading Program will feature three local celebrity guest readers this week.

Pullman City Councilmember Nathan Weller is the guest reader on July 5; Meg Gollnick, Pullman Schools Pantry Program vice president, will read on July 6; and Kris Boreen, library Board of Trustees member, is scheduled for July 8, according to a library press release.

Community members can view the online story times on the City of Pullman’s YouTube channel. Videos will premiere at 10 a.m., according to the release.

Youth are encouraged to create their own stories by writing or drawing pictures for this week’s activity challenge. Youth can submit their completed work to [email protected] to receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a prize. The prize drawing will take place on July 9, according to the release.

Registration for the reading program remains open. Community members can register or learn more about the program on the library’s website. The program ends July 30, according to the website.
