The Practice the Pause event is intended for women, but anyone is welcome to attend.

Pullman Regional Hospital is hosting its Women’s Wellness Series: Practice the Pause event at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 8 via Zoom.

Jessica Rivers, PRH advanced care planning coordinator, is hosting the event with a focus on building emotional management skills through thinking, doing and being, according to a PRH press release.

The event is one of many Women’s Wellness Wednesdays targeted toward women over 30 years old. This series connects attendees with up-to-date healthcare information and various PRH services and health partners, according to the PRH website.
