The Safety, Health, and Security Fair started its week-long in-person and online events, sharing advice and resources about building a safe and happy life.

Each day has a different theme, including Emotional Health Monday, In-Person Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday, Life Essentials Thursday and Fun Facts Friday, according to WSU Insider

Today, there is an in-person resource fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Compton Union Building Senior Ballroom, according to the article. Attendees will receive sexual health information and learn more about relaxation techniques, grounding exercises and self-help.

Local organizations, like American Red Cross, WSU Psychology Clinic and Cougar Food Pantry, are bringing in representatives to showcase available services.

Multiple 10 to 15-minute online presentations featuring university experts will be held throughout the week from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., according to the article.

Topics and Zoom links for online events are listed on the event website. Recordings will be available on the website for people who can not make it to the presentations.
