Whitman County confirms 51 new COVID-19 cases
Total case number is 5,834; county has had 216 hospitalizations

As of Tuesday, Whitman County reported 51 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the running total to 5,834.
There have been a total of 74 COVID-19-related deaths and 216 hospitalizations, according to the Whitman County Public Health website.
Out of the 91.9 percent of WSU Pullman students compliant with the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, 96.97 percent are fully vaccinated as of Oct. 20, according to the WSU COVID-19 Recovery Guidance.
