WSU First Lady Noel Schulz describes the relationship between their first corgi, Cayenne, and their new corgi, Joule. Noel and her husband, President Kirk Schulz, who are both engineers, named the dog after the unit of energy. Cayenne wasn’t home and therefore was not available for comment.
