Forza Development LLC is proposing a new Starbucks for downtown Pullman at 530 E. Main St.

The Salt Lake City-based company is looking to acquire the vacant property, which formerly housed Oasis Teriyaki & Pho, and replace it with a new Starbucks drive-thru, according to documents Forza sent to the council.

The Starbucks would feature a double-lane drive-thru along with a pedestrian and mobile order window, according to the documents.

Part of the property is still owned by the City of Pullman. City councilmembers will discuss selling it in a meeting Tuesday.

If this proposal is approved, Forza plans to open the Starbucks late this year, according to the documents.

This Starbucks would not result in any major increase in morning traffic, according to the documents.
