Cougar Classic returns to Pullman

WSU to host invitational this Saturday

The WSU track and field team will compete at home Saturday at Mooberry Track, hosting the Cougar Classic 2024 Invitational. Events kick off at 10 a.m. with the women’s javelin and will conclude after 5:30 p.m with the men’s 4 x 400m relay.

Additionally, the Cougs will be honoring the teams’ seniors at 11:45 a.m.

There will be no entry fee for the meet. Fans can spectate from both the east and west bleachers.

Brandon Willman is a junior multimedia journalism student from Vancouver, Washington. He started working as a sportswriter for the Daily Evergreen in Fall 2022 and worked as copy editor in spring 2023. Brandon was elected to be the Editor-in-chief starting in summer 2023 and served in the position from May 2023 to February 2024 before transitioning to the role of multimedia editor.
