Suspect Bryan Kohberger entering a Latah County Courtroom on January 12, 2023.

Bryan Kohberger offered an alibi, claiming he was out driving the night of Nov. 13, 2022, via his attorneys on April 17.

Kohberger’s lawyers said in court documents Kohberger often drove in the early morning hours to hike and see the moon and stars, according to an article from FOX 13.

“He drove throughout the area south of Pullman, Washington, west of Moscow, Idaho including Wawawai Park,” according to court documents.

Kohberger’s phone proves he often drove around at night during the school year as it shows him in the countryside on multiple instances, according to court documents. Some of the photos showing him around the countryside were taken the same month of the murder.

The court documents show the defense plans to offer a cellphone tower and radio frequency expert to corroborate the account, according to an article from CNN. More information on Kohberger’s location will be shared after prosecutors provide discovery evidence.
