Abby Cady is a junior rower from Seattle. 

She raced in four events as a freshman. As a sophomore, Cady was a part of the 2V4 team, helping them secure second-place at the Winchell Cup and at the Fawley Cup. 

In 2025, Cady continued to race with the 2V4 team. On May 16 at the WCC Championships, she was a member of the 2V4 team that finished first place in the WCC Championships, held in Gold River, Calif.
