With six Americans and five Canadians, Tejralová sticks out on this Seattle roster. Hailing from Prague, Czechia, she has represented her home country in eight IIHF Women’s World Championships. She also competed for Czechia in the 2022 Olympics, scoring two goals in five games. She played eight seasons in Russia with the St. Petersburg Dynamo Hockey club before joining the Boston Pride in the Premier Hockey Federation.
She finally joined the Ottawa Charge in 2024 (then known as PWHL Ottawa) and recorded a total of 18 points during her two years there.
Tejralová is the definition of a veteran presence. Her years of international and professional play give her the experience to lead by example for many of the young defenseman on the squad. Having her on the roster adds yet another veteran who raises the tide that raises all ships.
Next on the schedule for PWHL fans is the 2025 draft. In the draft, Seattle will look to flesh out their lineup and add young rookies who will be the faces of the franchise for the coming years. The draft will be at 7:00 pm on June 24.
