Last November, the Board of Regents voted to raise tuition for the second consecutive year by 3.3% for the 2025-26 school year, raking in an additional $3.6 million.
Undergraduate residents will pay an additional $373 and $431 more for graduate students. For non-resident undergraduates, the tuition was raised by $920 and non-resident graduate students paid $946.
Tuition is not the only cost going up. The Board of Regents raised fees across the board.

In Honors Hall, single suites cost $1,200 more and double suites cost nearly $1,300 more. To stay the whole year, it would cost over $12,000 or $11,000, respectively.
For the older dorms with less amenities, costs went up the least. Prices increased by $800 for a double and $900 for a single, totaling just over $8,000 and $9,000. These halls include Scott-Coman, Gannon Goldsworthy, Orton, Regents, Rogers, Stephenson, Streit-Perham and Waller.
Dining plans also increased with the base fee going up by $60 for all three levels. Dining Dollars now cost more with the Level 1 price going up by $35, Level 2 by $45 and Level 3 by $55 more.
Some of the smaller increases include the student health fee, which went up by $24. The Student Recreation Center fee went up by $32, the CUB fee increased $30, the Student and Activities fee— which helps fund student organizations like ASWSU— increased by $24 and the Chinook fee went up by $10.
