A 19-year-old Pullman resident was shot Sunday morning near Aspen Heights.
The victim was rushed to Pullman Regional Hospital and expected to make a full recovery, Pullman Police said.
Authorities are currently investigating the incident and have identified 20-year-old Jakori Buchanan. They believe he is traveling to Seattle and is considered armed and dangerous.
