New Pullman fire deputy chief starts today

From staff reports

The new Pullman deputy fire chief begins his position today.

Ray Lamoureux is replacing Gabriel Benmoussa, who left for a position in Salem, Oregon’s fire department last fall.

With the new position, Lamoureux becomes the third-highest ranking member in the department.

Lamoureux was most previously hired by the Pullman Fire Department as a deputy training chief. Before that, he worked for the South Kitsap Fire Department in Port Orchard.
