The WSU men’s golf season begins at the Husky Invitational hosted by the University of Washington on Monday and Tuesday in Bremerton, Washington.

In an email, head coach Dustin White wrote he is excited for the season to start and will have multiple freshmen competing tomorrow. The freshmen who will start tomorrow are Clayton Thatcher, Tianyu Wu and Christian Yanagi. Freshman Yuya Eguchi will golf individually.

“I know they’re excited to get their college career off to a solid start,” White wrote in an email. “As a whole, the guys have really come together and shown some good progress. We are surrounded by a lot of talent and feel like each week gives us a chance to do something special.”

Day one of the Husky Invitational will tee off at 8:00 a.m on Monday.
