Whitman County confirms 28 new COVID-19 cases

1,212 total cases; all new patients are stable and self-isolating

Twenty-eight individuals tested positive for COVID-19, bringing Whitman County’s total to 1,212.

Of the new cases, seven males and four females are aged 0-19 years, according to a press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. Nine males and eight females are aged 20-39 years.

They are stable and self-isolating. One person who previously tested positive is in the hospital.

Residents are reminded to practice social distancing and wear masks.
