Whitman County’s COVID-19 total breaks 1,300 cases

County confirms 69 new patients; all are stable and self isolating

Sixty-nine individuals have tested positive for COVID-19 since Friday, bringing Whitman County’s total to 1,309 cases. 

Of the new patients, 19 females and 16 males are aged 0-19 years, according to a press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. Thirty-two patients are aged 20-39 years, 11 are female and 21 are male. One female and one male also tested positive, aged 40-59 and 60-79 years, respectively. They are all stable and self-isolating. 

Last week, one patient was hospitalized and they have since been released, according to the press release. 

Residents are reminded to wear masks and maintain social distancing.
