Whitman County confirms 31 new COVID-19 cases

Thirty-one individuals tested positive for COVID-19, which brings the county total to 1,590 cases.

Of the new cases, six females and eight males are aged 0-19 years, according to a press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. Four females and nine males are aged 20-39 years. Three females and one male are aged 40-59 years. 

Three people are in the hospital. All other patients are stable and self-isolating. There have been three deaths in Whitman County.

Residents are reminded to wear masks and practice social distancing.
