Jack Ellison is a redshirt freshman linebacker from Olympia, Washington.

Ellison played high school football at Black Hills High School. He played linebacker and tight end and was all-league as a senior. He caught 28 passes for five scores and 424 yards in 2023.

Ellison walked on at Wazzu in 2024 and did appear in a game, instead utilizing a redshirt. He could make his Cougar debut in 2025.

BRANDON WILLMAN, Multimedia editor
Brandon Willman is a WSU and Daily Evergreen alumnus (class of ’24) who served in roles including staff writer, staff photographer, copy editor, multimedia editor and editor-in-chief during his time with the Evergreen. He started working as a sportswriter for the Daily Evergreen in Fall 2022 and worked as copy editor in spring 2023. Brandon was elected to be the Editor-in-chief starting in summer 2023 and served in the position from May 2023 to February 2024 before transitioning to the role of multimedia editor.
