Former Coug safety Tucker Large signed as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles Saturday, according to KXLY.
In his one year on the Palouse, the Sioux Falls, South Dakota, native recorded 71 total tackles, three tackles for loss and six pass breakups. He had a college-career-high 13 total tackles against Toledo.
He is the only Coug who signed as an undrafted free agent after the 2026 NFL Draft. Four other Cougar football players, including Colby Humphrey, Ademola Faleye, Caleb Francl and Christian Hilborn, were invited to NFL minicamps.
Before WSU, similar to Francl and Humphrey, Large played at South Dakota State with former WSU head coach Jimmy Rogers. He was there for four years and accumulated 102 total tackles, seven interceptions and 21 pass breakups. He also returned punts in his third and fourth years, averaging 18.3 yards per return.
He earned FCS Football Central All-America first-team honors in 2024 as a redshirt junior and was named to the All-Missouri Valley Football Conference First Team as a safety and Second Team as a return specialist in 2023.
