Man arrested for suspected arson in apartment fire

A man was arrested Sunday for allegedly starting a fire earlier that day at a Military Hill apartment complex.

Elijah Regan is charged with first-degree arson and attempting to elude pursuing police vehicles.

No one was injured in the fire, but the building was extensively damaged. The Red Cross has set up a shelter in the Pullman Senior Center at City Hall.
