Four hospitalized in accident outside of Palouse Mall

A Ford Fiesta and a Toyota Camry collided head-on outside the entrance of the Palouse Mall near Sangria Grille, hospitalizing four at around 7:30 p.m. tonight.

Dan Carscallen, battalion chief and EMT with the Moscow Volunteer Fire Department, said there were no fatalities, but the victims had been transported to Gritman Medical Center for their injuries.

The front of the Toyota Camry crumpled after a head-on collision with a Ford Fiesta Sunday night.

 

The passengers of the Toyota Camry, which sustained heavy front-end damage in the crash, were extracted from the vehicle after responders cut off the doors. The driver of the Ford Fiesta was also transported to the hospital.
