Graduate and Professional Students passed a $5 fee, joining their undergraduate counterparts in financially supporting the Office of Student Media, which houses The Daily Evergreen, the Chinook yearbook and the Visitors Magazine.

According to the GPSA election results, about 52 percent of the graduate students who voted supported the fee, with 47.8 percent voting against it. Altogether, the fee will generate about $26,800 a year.

Both graduate and undergraduate students will pay $5 in the fall and spring semesters to go toward print production and operating costs.
