- What: Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse is hosting a multi-day pop-up shop with free Halloween costumes

- What: Transform ordinary pumpkins into gourd-geous creations with paint, markers, stickers and other craft supplies

Downtown Vibes: Trick-or-Treat
- What: Grab your friends and family and head downtown for trick-or-treating, spooky stops, frights, delights and more

The Gladish Annual Halloween Bash
- What: A Halloween-themed carnival featuring trunk or treating and games for all ages, then brave a haunted house if you’re 13 years of age or older
- When: Carnival runs from 3–7 p.m., and the haunted house runs 6–9 p.m. Oct. 26
- Where: The Gladish Community and Cultural Center
- Cost: $5 for the haunted house
Spooktacular Saturdays: Halloween street fair and kids carnival
- What: The family-friendly version of “Kids Haunted Palouse,” featuring a magic show, fan dancer, carnival booths, pumpkin painting and more

- What: A haunted house in the dorms that promises a “night of jump scares,” with free candy

- What: For those 21 and older, enjoy over $500 in prize giveaways and participate in the “best costume contest in the world”

Tails and Treats Fundraiser – A Spooky Afternoon for You and Your Pets
- What: Celebrate Halloween with your furry friends, while also supporting the Whitman County Humane Society. Drink coffee, participate in the pet costume contest, take photos with your pet and more.

- Where: Whitman County Humane Society
- Cost: $20 cash donation, or donations of paper towels, garbage bags, dog treats, kongs and unscented liquid laundry detergent totaling $20 or more
- What: A costume gala with food, drinks, a photo booth, mocktails and more Halloween fun on the south side of campus

Movie Madness: Hocus Pocus, A Quiet Place, IT and Hereditary
- What: Take advantage of three special showings and Monday movie madness thanks to WSU’s Student Entertainment Board, and enjoy free soda, popcorn and water
- When: “Hocus Pocus” — Oct. 28, “A Quiet Place” — Oct. 29, “It” — Oct. 30 and “Hereditary” — Oct. 31. All movies have two showings at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Phi Kappa Tau and Pi Beta Phi Haunted House
- What: A spooky and scary haunted house, with treats for sale at the end

- What: A Halloween-themed concert with musicians from WSU and the University of Idaho with spooky treats; costumes are encouraged

- What: Put on your Halloween costume and get ready for the Residence Life Halloween Party with pumpkin painting, Halloween snacks, music and more

- What: Get spooked at the Alpha Chi Omega annual haunted house philanthropy event

- What: Tarot card readings, “haunted” manuscript and archive tours, look at witchcraft materials and more; candy is provided and students are encouraged to dress up
