Washington State men’s basketball landed two commits this week, including forward Fraser Roxburgh, a transfer from the Manhattan Jaspers and guard Lazerek Houston from Central Missouri .
Roxburgh, a 6-foot-7 sophomore from Australia, averaged 11 points and 5.8 rebounds last season. He shot 44.7% from the field during the 2025-26 season. He is expected to add frontcourt depth and rebounding for a Washington State team looking to retool its roster.
The other commit is Houston. The freshman guard averaged 20.8 points and 5.1 assists per game last season. Washington State beat out new Pac-12 rival Boise State for the commitment, marking a key win in the transfer market.
The additions are the first commits of David Riley’s rebuild at Washington State as he reshapes the roster entering next season.
