Kirk Schulz, former president of Kansas State University, was elected by the Board of Regents in March after the death of former President Elson S. Floyd. Schulz’s wife, Noel, will join WSU faculty in the Voiland College of Engineering and Architecture as a professor.  In May, Schulz criticized university spending in his monthly newsletter.
