Whitman County confirms 49 new COVID-19 cases
Total number of cases is 6,625, number of hospitalizations is 302; there have been 82 deaths

Whitman County reported 49 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the running total to 6,625 as of Tuesday.
There have been a total of 83 COVID-19-related deaths and 302 hospitalizations, according to the Whitman County Public Health website.
Out of the 98.38% of WSU Pullman students compliant with the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, 95.78% are fully vaccinated as of Dec. 15, according to the WSU COVID-19 Recovery Guidance.
